Party Overview
For decades, Viking Sports has run countless parties, creating priceless memories and incredible experiences for kids of all ages. Whether you are planning a party for your 1-year old daughter, your 11-year old son, your first grandchild, anyone! We will work with you to ensure your party is everything you want it to be!
Once you decide to have your party with Viking Sports, you will be in communication with our Party Team to plan out any and all activities for the big day. Once booked, a member from the Viking Team will go over all of the details and logistics for running a smooth party at our Activity Center or at a location of your choosing whether it be a local park, gym, or your back yard. Your Viking liaison will help you plan for food, provide suggestions to decorate the space, and will give you suggestions for how the party will provide the most fun experience for everyone in attendance!
Our first party slot is 11am. From there we schedule parties to fill out the day in 2 hour blocks with the last party concluding at 9pm.
Party Time!
We help every birthday girl and boy feel special on their big day! The birthday All-Star is the real coordinator of games because everything we play needs to have their stamp of approval. We love making them the center of attention. Everyone pitches in to sing the birthday song and the birthday All-Star even gets a Viking T-Shirt. The whole day is their celebration, so everything revolves around them!
On the day of the party we allow the “hosts” to arrive 30 minutes early to set up. While the space is being transformed with decorations, streamers, and balloons, the birthday family is free to play in the space. Once the party starts, planned activities go on for 60-90 minutes at which point everyone breaks to eat snacks, food & cake.
Any time that remains after food and cake is used for free play.
Party Types
Everyone has their idea as to what makes a party fun. Some people want to cover the Viking Activity Center with super hero decorations, while others have transformed our space into the set of Frozen for a princess themed party. No matter what theme carries the day, we bring the fun with a few different party types.
Sports Party
For kids 5 and over, coaches lead an awesome, sports focused party with team games (soccer, hockey, dodgeball, etc) and individual games (reindeer tails, individge, ultimate dodgeball & more). We coordinate with family to ensure the games have the birthday All-Star’s stamp of approval. We play dynasty-style team games, so 2 teams face-off for 2 minutes and the first to score stays on. Gameplay is very fast and keeps everyone moving. This is our most popular type of party.
Open Play Party
For children 4 and under, we offer a loose, free-play structure overseen by our fun & trusted coaches. You will have access to 2 non commercial grade bounce houses, foam block gymnasium, as well as an assortment of balls and toys.
Coaches play around and actively monitor the space, while kids play and jump around. Coaches will communicate with parents and kids throughout the party to provide the best experience possible.
Ninja Warrior Party
For kids 6 and over, we bring a set of Ninja Warrior obstacles along with equipment to play Ninja Warrior themed games. To kick the party into another gear, you have the option of adding one of our obstacle bounce houses. Ninja Warrior parties are our most requested party.
Bounce House Party
For kids 5 and over, we bring one of our bounce houses along with a bunch of fun games and our enthusiastic coaches to lead an incredible fun party.
Party Age Chart
Ages 1-4: Capacity Up to 20 Kids
We provide an open play structure for your child, complete with our foam block gymnasium, 2 bounce houses, and all of our sports equipment for endless fun. During free-play parties, coaches actively monitor the playspace, frequently jumping into the action to ensure kids have the most fun possible. We may get a game of tag or messy backyard going, but only if the kids want to play – we never impede their fun.
Ages 5-7: Capacity of 15 kids
Gameplay happens in a structured setting. We coordinate games and activities with the parents and the birthday boy/girl. Playing individual team games, dynasty-style (two teams with the winner staying on… this is tons of fast paced fun)
