Team Building Coordinator

As the Team Building Coordinator, your job is to partner with employers throughout Greater Boston to sell Viking’s Team Building services. This position reports directly to the Owners of the company. Prior sales experience is not a requirement for this position.

Job Duties

  • Develop cold leads
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Develop contacts
  • Attend networking events
  • Use Viking’s CRM system
  • Apply Viking’s sales cycle
  • Attend weekly meetings

Compensation: This is an incentive based pay position with generous commissions. Base pay is available through coaching.
