Viking Sports Ultimate Field Day
Viking Sports Ultimate Field day is your traditional field day with a Viking Sports twist. We play all the classic Viking Sports games, we bring the inflatables and do games with those, we do games with the grownups and then… we declare a winner. Our version of Field Day is the definition of fun. We have a few Ultimate Field Day options below.
Option 1- School Day Ultimate Field Day
When we do Ultimate Field Day during school we create teams, we visit the school to go over the rules in an entertaining way. We also visit the school to play the Ultimate Field Day games with the kids, so they know what to expect. When the actual day rolls around, everyone is excited for Ultimate Field Day. In the wake of this incredibly fun experience is a school with a stronger sense of community, students who are armed with a heightened sense of school pride, and a positive upbeat school environment.
Option 2-Standalone Ultimate Field Day
This type of Ultimate Field Day is more of a traditional experience. There are no school visits prior. There are no teams. Instead kids are rotated through different activity stations with music blasting creating a carnival like atmosphere. These can be held during the school day, as a part to a school fair, or used as some other component to something fun.
Your Vision– It starts with a conversation with the Viking Sports team about what your vision is for your field day. From there we will cater a plan specific to your needs complete with scope and pricing.
Deposit- Once we are on the same page with your vision, you’ll sign the contract which lock in your date and any rate dates, along with a deposit.
Execution– Depending on the type of Ultimate Field Day experience Viking Sports is delivering, the execution can last many days before the act day or will executed on one day. Regardless, we will work with you to make sure every important detail is communicated to the people who need to know the information so that everyone is prepared.
The Big Day– The day Ultimate Field Day actually happens. The Viking Sports team will set up all the activities to make sure it looks like the ultimate field day. We will provide our famous Ultimate Field Day atmosphere and deliver an experience that will be remembered for ages.
