Viking offers a variety of yoga classes. Each class focuses on breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures for health and relaxation.
Led by Yoshiko Price, this yoga class is both gentle and willful, geared toward the beginner and continuing level student alike. Students are encouraged to practice at a level that is most appropriate for their body’s needs in a mindful and caring way. Focus is on centering breath work, posture alignment, meditation and relaxation.
Parent & Baby Yoga (ages 6 week to new walkers)
Led by Eva Sklaver, this class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles and help your infant towards their next stage of development.
