Old School Viking Football Club is here! This spring Viking is excited to partner with Old School FC to create a brand new Viking club team. For our inaugural season, Old School Viking FC will field one U9 (born after 1/1/2010) boys team with the goal of adding more ages and genders in subsequent seasons.

Winter Skills Clinics- Player Evaluations
In preparation for the league, we will be holding skills clinics at Brookline High throughout the winter. These clinics are geared towards kids who are interested in joining the team. Coach James will work on skill development and tactical strategy during the sessions. He will also use the time to evaluate the prospective player pool. Players who attend the winter clinics, work hard, and want to join the team, will have the opportunity to secure their spot on the team without going through the tryout process.
Tryouts will be held on March 12 to round out the team. Players who have secured a spot during the winter clinics are welcome to participate in the tryouts, but are not required to come.
Date: COMPLETED. No further tryouts are scheduled.

About Old School FC
Are you Old School?
Old School has many meanings depending upon who you are talking to. To us, Old School is about the memories of people, places and events that shape who we are today. When we think about Old School, memories come flooding back of days when school got out, we rushed through our homework, and we were off to the neighborhood to find our friends to play whiffle ball, kick a ball, climb the highest tree, or ride our BMX bikes…and we did all this while avoiding the neighborhood dog. The day was only over when the sun set or when your mom called you in for dinner. Old School FC is about attitudes, responsibility, family and doing the right thing.
At Old School FC, we strive to return to that mindset. We preach hard work, having fun, and never giving up. Our coaches believe that sports are learned on grass and mud in the playgrounds against gritty competition.
If your child has been selected to join the team and made the final roster, you can pay the registration fee by clicking the button below.
If you want to join the team through a tryout during a practice session please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A tryout during a training session will only be offered if there is roster space available. A tryout does not guarantee a place on the team.
