The Ultimate Challenge is a community building fundraiser event to help benefit your school. Our Ultimate Challenge fundraisers will see the Viking Sports team visit the school daily to get the kids excited for the day of their Ultimate Challenge. While visiting the school we will issue fun challenges to the students around teamwork, sportsmanship, and other positive concepts. As the kids are having fun in school doing our activities, the grown ups have the important job of helping drive the fundraiser forward through donations. The Ultimate Challenge fundraisers use Pledgestars online platform to collect money and to track the fundraisers progress. As classes and/or grades hit certain fundraising goals, they unlock experience based prizes that they get to enjoy during the school day. If the school hits their big fundraising goal, the Viking Sports team will do something fun for the entire school.
How to Donate with a Credit card or Check
- Visit www.vikingcamps.com/ultimate
- Under the “Find your 2024-25 Ultimate Challenge Fundraiser” section, select your school
- Click “Donate Now”
- Then you will be bumped over to Pledgestars system where you will be asked to create an account
- Pledgestar can be tricky, but there are instructions as you go through the process if you get stuck
- Donate! If you pay with a check make the check payable to the schools PTO/PTA. There will be a few automatic emails sent until the school receives the check.
How to Donate with Cash
- All students will have paper pledge forms that will go home in their folders during the course of the Ultimate Challenge. Simply fill out the pledge form, put the money in an envelope, and bring the money to the office. From there the PTO/PTA will manually input the dollar amount into pledgestar so the students class/grade gets credit towards earning an experience prize.
