Hitting targets is the whole point of this game. It’s called Bullseye and your kids will love it. To make this game work you need targets and things to hit the targets, like balls or frisbees. This game has a few variations but to start, let’s keep it simple. Set up your targets and have the kids try to hit them with a set number of balls. If you want, assign points for each target. After they understand the basic premise of the game, put the targets somewhere else and have them stand a little further back. You can get as creative as your space allows. You can have the balls far enough away from the targets, so the kids have to run from the ball supply to the targets until they have no more balls left or until they knock down all the targets. This injects a physical exertion into the game, which makes it feel more fun. Adding the element of time also increases the fun. Give each player 30 seconds to knock down as many targets as possible.

This game transitions well to other sports, but ultimately fun is the name of the game. And remember, if you dont have fun it doesn’t count.
